We started Elevate Learn because we got tired of watching people waste money on language apps that promised fluency in 30 days. Spoiler alert: that's not how brains work. What we do is different. Thirteen years of watching thousands of students struggle and succeed taught us what works. And it's rarely flashy. It's usually just honest instruction, patient teachers, and showing up consistently.

Founder & Lead Instructor
Started teaching English in 2001 because she wanted to travel the world. Ended up creating a school instead. Speaks five languages badly and two fluently. Believes in showing up on time and letting students make mistakes safely.
Marcus Webb
English & Business Communication
British expat who's been in Pardubice longer than most locals. Teaches grammar in a way that somehow makes sense. Outside class, he's either cycling or arguing about proper pronunciation of 'schedule.'
Sofia Rossi
Italian & Spanish Instructor
Italian by birth, Czech by choice, polyglot by nature. Her students leave speaking with confidence and terrible Tuscan accents—on purpose. She believes every language should be learned with gestures involved.

Our Story
Back in 2011, our founder got frustrated teaching at a big language chain. Too many students, too little time, zero personality. So she rented a small office near the train station and started with five students from her neighborhood. Word got around. By 2015, we'd moved three times. By 2018, we stopped trying to be everything to everyone and just got really good at what we do best—small groups, experienced teachers, and caring whether people actually learn. We're still in Pardubice, still teaching the same way, just with better coffee and a waiting list.
